What the DPDP Act covers
India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) governs how businesses handle the personal data of individuals ("Data Principals"). This includes the leads and enquiries captured through your website.
Our role
When we process personal data on your behalf (for example, leads submitted through your website's forms), we act as a data processor and you as the data fiduciary. We process such data only to provide the service.
Our safeguards
- Personal data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Access is limited and controlled.
- Data can be exported or deleted on request.
- We keep data only as long as needed.
Data Principal rights
Individuals whose data you collect have rights under the DPDP Act, including access, correction, and erasure. We support you in honouring these requests for data we process on your behalf.
Breach handling
In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify you promptly and support the required response and communications.

We acknowledge grievances within seven (7) days of receipt and aim to resolve them within thirty (30) days. If you remain unsatisfied with our response, you may escalate your grievance to the Data Protection Board of India.
