4. Ownership
You own your website's content and, on request or offboarding, its source code. Your domain remains registered in your name. We retain ownership of our own platform, tools, and infrastructure.
5. Fees & payment
Fees are billed per your plan. Pass-through costs (such as your domain) are separate and disclosed upfront. Non-payment may result in suspension after a grace period and notice.
6. Termination
You may cancel at any time. On termination, we provide a handover of your site's source and data. We may suspend or terminate service for breach of these Terms.
7. Liability
We provide the service on a commercially reasonable basis and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms and will post the current version here with an updated date.
