1. Monthly plans
This Refund Policy applies to services provided under the Manage Your Web brand by Brishiv Tech Lab LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India with its registered office at C-505, Titanium Business Park, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India - 380051 ("we", "us", "our"). Our services are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing. We do not typically refund the current month once service has been provided.
2. Annual plans
For annual plans, unused full months may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion, less any one-time work already delivered.
3. One-time work
One-time migration or custom build work is generally non-refundable once delivered, because the effort has been performed and the output handed over.
4. Making it right
If something isn't working as promised, contact us first — our goal is always to fix the problem. We handle refund requests fairly and case by case.
5. How to request
